We're Risa & Dawn, the Cellular Health Girls! As Fast Like A Girl certified coaches with Dr. Mindy Pelz, we show midlife women how to improve their energy, sleep, inflammation, joint discomfort, and much more without meds or overwhelming fad diets.
Risa is a former HS teacher and adjunct professor. When she left teaching, she was overweight and drained mentally and physically. She turned her health around by learning about nutrition and fitness, then shared that knowledge with her husband and got him off his cholesterol and acid reflux meds! Risa is also a certified integrative nutrition coach with IIN.
Dawn is a former engineer and, after moving through six states with four kids, was waking up feeling like she’d been run over every morning. She pursued holistic and lifestyle changes, leading her to find cellular health principles. Dawn's energy, mood and flexibility increased and now she ministers to women spiritually and physically.
